OnForce™ LFT NYY-30LGF/000 HS NATURAL

OnForce™ LFT NY-30LGF/000 HS NATURAL is a heat stabilized polyamide 6 (PA6) resin reinforced with 30% long glass fiber. Provides excellent surface finish than traditional highly filled short fiber products, high stiffness, toughness, improved impact strength, elastic modulus and material strength. Offers improved creep and fatigue performance and good dimensional stability, chemical resistance & aesthetics. Exhibits weight reduction, lower fuel consumption, design freedom and part consolidation. Retains its performance and properties across a wide temperature range (-20°C to 160°C). It is a highly efficient and economical material replacement for finished and semi-finished metal parts. It can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive powertrain, under the hood, structural body components, housing pumps and brackets. Complies with RoHS.
