Stat-Tech™ AT-11CB/000 BLACK by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an electrically conductive polyacetal (POM) copolymer resin reinforced with carbon powder. Imparts anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance, and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin-walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for transportation, electrical, sensitive electronic equipment & components, and medical/healthcare application such as conductive pipette tips.
