Stat-Tech™ LC-20NCF/000 V3 Natural

Stat-Tech™ LC-20NCF/000 V3 Natural is an anti-static, electrically- & statistically conductive liquid crystal polymer (LCP) resin reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Imparts electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, greater stiffness, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for aerospace applications, business equipment, automotive electronics, electrical/electronic housings, connectors and computer components. Complies with RoHS.
