Stat-Tech™ NN-20CF/000 HI2 BK

Stat-Tech™ NN-20CF/000 HI2 BK by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a semi-crystalline polyamide 66 resin reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. Is an electrically conductive grade exhibiting high stiffness, good chemical resistance, high elongation, high impact resistance and high heat resistance. Imparts anti-static properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection & electromagnetic (EMI)/radio frequency (RFI) shielding performance and minimizes generation of triboelectric charges. Stat-Tech™ NN-20CF/000 HI2 BK provides inherent corrosion/oxidation resistance, good processability and excellent balance of conductivity, flow, dimensional stability & toughness. High-quality parts manufactured offer high strength, warp resistance and superior durability. Shows less susceptibility to scratches, chipping & dents, design flexibility, part consolidation and fast cycle times. It can be processed by injection molding and can be used to fill long, thin walled parts and multiple cavity tools. Recommended for aerospace applications, business equipment, automotive electronics, electrical/electronic housing applications, computer components, connectors, consumer goods and sporting goods.
