PPR-ABSPC01 by Premier Plastic Resins is a natural colored, lightweight, machinable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate (PC) alloy. Possesses high strength, high melting point (150 to 200°F), very low density and good dimensional stability. Exhibits excellent electrical properties, good weldability, high chemical and good abrasion resistance. Is maintenance free, wipes clean and offers low-cost fabrications. Suitable for processing by injection molding. PPR-ABSPC01 is recommended for acid tank/ lineup, battery cases, tank covers etching, machines/ rinse tubes, machined parts, fume hoods, ducts, scrub stations and metal plating barrel.
