Prime HMWPE 1000 by Primex Plastics (ICC IndustriesGroup) is a crystalline, high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) grade. Exhibits excellent balance of stress crack resistance, stiffness, melt strength, good rigidity and very high impact strength even at low temperatures. Offers high tensile strength, average flexural modulus and heat deflection temperature. Designed for processing by thermoforming. Prime HMWPE 1000 is used in cattle feeders, pallets, truck bed liners, portable toilets and tote applications. Complies with UL-94 (HB) flame rating, FMVSS 302 at >0.060 in. and FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520.
