Prime Impax 250 by Primex Plastics ICC IndustriesGroup is an amorphous, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade. Can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (ETO) and gamma radiation. Exhibits high impact strength at low temperature, high tensile strength, high flexural modulus and average heat distortion temperature. Offers toughness, stiffness, rigidity, good sealing and ease of processing. Designed for processing by extrusion and thermoforming. Prime Impax 250 is used in tray applications. Complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1640, USP Class VI and UL-94 (HB) flame rating.
