Nylatron® GF30 PA66

Nylatron® GF30 PA66 is a polyamide 66 (nylon 66) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Offers high compressive strength and rigidity. Exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness, good fatigue resistance, excellent wear resistance, good electrical insulating properties and good resistance to high energy radiation [gamma- and X-rays]. Has high hardness & toughness, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties and good machinability. Suitable for processing by extrusion. Applications include sleeve and slide bearings, wear pads, support and guide wheels, conveyor rollers, tension rollers, sleeves for wheels and rollers, pulleys and pulley-linings, cams, buffer blocks, hammer heads, scrapers, gear wheels, sprockets, seal-rings, feed screws, star wheels, food parts, cutting and chopping boards, insulators.
