Semitron® 490HR

Semitron® 490HR by Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is a static dissipative polyetheretherketone [PEEK] grade. Provides a controlled bleed-off of static charges and it is not subject to dielectric breakdown. Exhibits good dimensional stability, excellent chemical resistance, thermal performance and dissipate static charges [5kV] in less than 2 seconds. Semitron® 490HR is suitable for processing by compression molding. Mainly used in wafer handling and other structural applications in wet process tools. Potential applications include integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Suitable for material handling applications & components in high speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment.
