Heramid® A NER MP/1K

Heramid® A NER MP/1K is a black colored, toughened, heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. Is produced with raw materials selected from polymerization, spinning and compounding production plants. Provides excellent mechanical properties, low coefficient of friction, high melting point, good impact strength and excellent heat resistance. Offers good moldability, fast molding cycles and good surface finish. Exhibits high levels of hardness, tensile strength and good resistance to compression, abrasion, wear, fatigue and torsion. Is resistant to organic solvents, hydrocarbons, vegetable-, animal- and mineral-oils and fats, salt solutions, ketones, esters, alcohols, petroleum products and lubricating and fuel oils etc. Can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive and technical-industrial applications. Is RoHS compliant 2002/95/CE.
