Radilon® S N60MG40HSWL BK206 is a black colored polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade reinforced with 40% mineral and glass fiber. Provides excellent mechanical properties, high melting point, high fatigue resistance, good processability, fast molding cycles and excellent impact strength. Offers good weather resistance, high rigidity, good dimensional stability, good moldability and excellent heat resistance. Exhibits high levels of hardness, tensile strength and resistance to compression and torsion. Is resistant to organic solvents, hydrocarbons, vegetable-, animal- and mineral-oils and fats, salt solutions, ketones, esters, alcohols, petroleum products and lubricating and fuel oils etc. Is processed by injection molding. Manufactured goods have high levels of tenacity, excellent resistance to wear and abrasion, low friction coefficients and good surface finish. Recommended for automotive, sports and furnishings industry and technical-industrial uses.
