RE9240 is a non-ammonia, non-foaming and non-abrasive premix purging grade by RapidPurge. Exhibits dispersion of active ingredients, low smoke or fume emission and chemical- & mechanical properties. Is thermally activated and offers softening chemistry to soften polymer structure and lower viscosity of resident resin. RE9240 is used in injection, extrusion and blow molding applications. Recommended to purge downstream equipments like hot runner tools and dies. Formulated for 380-580°F. Meets FDA and GRAS.
