Polystone® M microbloc

Polystone® M microbloc is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exerts an anti-microbial action against bacteria, viruses, molds, yeasts, fungi and algae, without the addition of toxins. Shows consistent and sustained action, due to non-migrating active constituents. Exhibits smooth surface, no moisture absorption, good chemical resistance, wear resistance and outstanding sliding properties. Polystone® M microbloc is suitable for processing by compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, skived sheets, round rods and profiles. Used in restaurant trade, bottling industry, foodstuffs manufacture & packaging, dairy industry, meat & poultry processing, medical technology, fittings in hospitals, care facilities, orthopaedic technology and mechanical engineering. Complies with FDA, EPA and UL 94 HB flame rating.
