Polystone® M saphir

Polystone® M saphir is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW/PE 1000) grade by Rochling Engineering Plastics. Exhibits smooth surface, low moisture absorption, outstanding sliding properties and extreme abrasion & wear resistance. Polystone® M saphir is suitable for processing by compression molding. Designed for compression molded sheets, skived sheets and round rods. Used in highly stressed sliding elements, lining technology, general conveyor technology, chain & cam guidance, general mechanical engineering and bottling-, food-, bearing- and packaging industries. Approved under foodstuffs law and complies with UL 94 HB flame rating.
