EMI 2561 HF by RTP Company is an electrically conductive polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) alloy reinforced with 10% stainless steel fiber. It offers electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It exhibits colorability, good processability and toughness even at low temperatures. It provides dimensional stability, high heat distortion temperature, low temperature impact resistance, poor chemical resistance, weatherability and low fatigue endurance. It can be processed using injection molding. Applications include computer, business machine markets, automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial. EMI 2561 HF is recommended for instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electrostatic painting.
