EMI 333 G FR

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by RTP Company
EMI 333 G FR by RTP Company is an electrically conductive, flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 15% stainless steel fiber and 20% glass fiber. EIt provides increased ignition resistance, reduced smoke & fume generation, excellent impact strength and good electrical properties. It exhibits heat release, colorability, good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability, low fatigue endurance and high heat resistance. It offers electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio frequency interference (RFI) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications. EMI 333 G FR is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, control housings for pumps, motors & test equipment, HVAC drain pans, bezels, wire & cable coatings, tape storage products, strain reliefs, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
