ESD A 380

ESD A 380 by RTP Company is a polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with carbon fiber. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and static dissipative compatibility. It provides easy molding, excellent impact strength and good electrical properties. It exhibits heat release, colorability, good creep resistance, toughness, dimensional stability, low fatigue endurance and high heat resistance. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. ESD A 380 is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. It is used in housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting.
