ESD C 1005

ESD C 1005 is a crystalline, high molecular weight, electrically conductive polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30 % glass fiber. Exhibits colorability, good resistance to oxidation in hot air, low water absorption, good moldability & strength, rapid crystallization, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good chemical resistance, short mold cycle and good electrical properties. Offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications including instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electrostatic painting.
