PermaStat® 300 FR A

PermaStat® 300 FR A is an all polymeric, permanently antistatic, flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade. It exhibits increased ignition resistance, reduced smoke & fume generation, speed of flame spread and heat release. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It provides good creep resistance, excellent impact strength, high heat resistance and good electrical properties. It exhibits colorability, transparency, toughness, dimensional stability and low fatigue endurance. It is stable to water, mineral and organic acids, partially soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and soluble in chlorinated compounds. It can be processed using injection molding. PermaStat® 300 FR A is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications. It is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, control housings for pumps, motors, and test equipment, HVAC drain pans, bezels, wire & cable coatings, tape storage products, strain reliefs, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
