PermaStat® 800

PermaStat® 800 is an anti-static polyacetal, polyoxymethylene [POM] grade. Enables rigidity as well as resilience and resistance to creep, fatigue & solvents. Possesses low coefficient of friction, remains stable in high temperature service & offers exceptional resistance to hot water environments. It remains unaffected by strong bases but is attacked by strong mineral acids. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications including instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting. Has ESD Protection.
