PermaStat® 800 TFE 15

PermaStat® 800 TFE 15 by RTP Company is an anti-static, PTFE Lubricated polyacetal, polyoxymethylene [POM] grade with ESD protection. It enables rigidity as well as resilience and resistance to creep, fatigue and solvents. It possesses low coefficient of friction, remains stable in high temperature service & offers exceptional resistance to hot water environments. It remains unaffected by strong bases but is attacked by strong mineral acids. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics and industrial applications. It is used in fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics, electro-static painting, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bio-electrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, actuator gearing, latch components and leaf spring spacers. PermaStat® 800 TFE 15 is also used in housings, bearings, gears, cams, pump impellers, rollers, sliding components, such as cover panels, doors and latches on consumer electronics.
