RTP 1002 TFE 15

RTP 1002 TFE 15 is a crystalline, high molecular weight, lubricated polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 15 % glass fiber and 15 % polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Exhibits good wear resistance, low friction, good resistance to oxidation in hot air, low water absorption, good moldability & strength, rapid crystallization, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good chemical resistance, short mold cycle and good electrical properties. Can be processed using injection molding. Recommended for automotive, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications including actuator gearing, latch components, leaf spring spacers, housings, bearings, gears, cams, pump impellers, rollers, and sliding components, such as cover panels, doors & latches on consumer electronics.
