RTP 105 CC FR A UV is a UV stabilized, chemically coupled, flame retardant and light weighted polypropylene (PP) grade, reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits excellent chemical- and warpage resistance and easy processing. Possesses good dimensional stability, rigidity, strength and heat resistance and good mechanical properties. Designed for injection molding process. Designed for injection molding process. Possible applications are manufacture of LI-ION battery module, real estate sign frame, windshield repair fixture, skateboard, canoe seat, ATEX compliant pump, float switch, magnetic drive pump housing, television chassis, pool umbrella clamp, birdbath, barbecue grill light, combine chaff filter and ultrasonic cleaner. Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
