RTP 1108 BLK

RTP 1108 BLK is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. It is a thermoplastic polyester engineering resin. Exhibits heat resistance, electrical properties and enhanced strength & rigidity. Possesses excellent melt flow characteristics, close molding tolerances and high productivity from multicavity molds. It is an excellent alternative to metal in applications where strength, dimensional stability, and toughness are important. RTP 1108 BLK can be processed using injection molding. Applications include electricals, electronics, drug delivery devices, surgical tools, in-vitro diagnostics, orthopedics, healthcare segments, pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets, components used in heavy equipments, plumbing, fittings & valve bodies and gears for conveyor drives & power tools.
