RTP 1199 X 115085 B is a PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) modified grade filled with carbon nanotube. It is a thermoplastic polyester engineering resin. Exhibits heat resistance, broad mechanical & electrical properties, enhanced strength & rigidity and ESD protection. Possesses excellent melt flow characteristics, close molding tolerances and high productivity from multicavity molds. It is an excellent alternative to metal in applications where strength, dimensional stability, and toughness are important. RTP 1199 X 115085 B can be processed using injection molding and extrusion. It is often used to replace metals in motor housings, switches, sensors and other electrical applications. Applications include stationary & handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic parts, handling totes, housings, fittings & components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers and guides.
