RTP 1305 D TFE 15

RTP 1305 D TFE 15 is a glass fiber reinforced, PTFE lubricated polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin. Offers buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. Exhibits good wear-, friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. RTP 1305 D TFE 15 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
