RTP 1305 TFE 15 P-1 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced and 15% PTFE lubricated wear resistant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin. It is of low viscosity. Offers excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, high modulus, flowability, dimensional stability and electrical characteristics. It is processed by injection molding. Recommended for housings, gears, discs, wear rings, bushings, and impellers used in pumps, motors, and meters as well as rollers, linkages and wear strips used in conveying systems.
