RTP 1382 HEC

RTP 1382 HEC is an electrically conductive, 15% nickel-coated carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin. It is of low viscosity. Offers excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, high modulus, flowability, dimensional stability and electrical characteristics. Also provides EMI/RFI/ESD protection. It is processed by injection molding. Recommended for stationary and handheld work lights, instrument housings, electronic parts handling totes, conveyor rollers and guides as well as housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers. Can be used for automotive applications like instrumental panels, sunroofs, seating, airbag retainers, door systems, fuel systems, pedal boxes, sensor housing, front end modules, drivetrain and shifter bases.
