RTP 200 TFE 20 is a PTFE lubricated polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6). Enables strength, ductility, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, wear resistance and lubricity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include complex, thin walled components to large thick walled housings and metal replacement. Also used in automotive, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications including actuator gearing, latch components, leaf spring spacers, housings, bearings, gears, cams, pump impellers, rollers, and sliding components, such as cover panels, doors & latches on consumer electronics.
