RTP 203 TFE 20 HB is a PTFE lubricated polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) reinforced with 20% glass fiber. Enables strength, ductibility, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, wear resistance and lubricity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include automotive (seat handles), complex, thin walled components to large thick walled housings and metal replacement. Also used in pump impellers, bushings & rollers, sliding components, bearings, slides, gears and cams.
