RTP 205 B

RTP 205 B is a tough, abrasion-resistant nylon (polyamide) 6/10 grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits strength, stiffness and chemical resistance to hydrocarbons. Shows improved surface appearance, creep resistance, and processability compared to nylon 6/6. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for applications where toughness, lubricity, and wear are important. Used in effective medical devices including drug delivery devices, surgical tools, in-vitro diagnostics, orthopedics and other healthcare segments. Applications include electrical markets, electronics markets, pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets, components used in heavy equipments, plumbing fittings, valve bodies, gears for conveyor drives and power tools.
