RTP 2287 HF UP is a 40% carbon fiber reinforced ultra-performance polyetheretherketone. It is of high flow. Offers high strength and toughness, high chemical resistance, ease of processing, wear resistance and good resistance to burning. It can be used at high temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Can be used for automotive applications like instrumental panels, sunroofs, seating, airbag retainers, door systems, fuel systems, pedal boxes, sensor housing, front end modules, drivetrain and shifter bases.
