RTP 2387 A

RTP 2387 A is a rigid thermoplastic polyurethane grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exhibits extremely good flow, excellent chemical resistance for an amorphous material and high impact strength. It can mold to a tight dimensional tolerance without warping. Offers dramatic improvements over neat resins in stiffness, tensile strength, load-bearing ability, and other properties including short-term temperature resistance. Also, it is an excellent alternative to metal in applications where strength, dimensional stability, and toughness are important. RTP 2387 A is suitable for agricultural & irrigation components, recreation & automotive equipments, electrical connectors, electronics, safe & effective medical devices, pump & tool housings, HVAC base pans & fan blades, panels, handles, brackets, components used in heavy equipment, plumbing fittings, valve bodies, gears for conveyor drives and power tools.
