RTP 283 HEC is an electrically conductive polyamide 6-6 (Nylon 6-6) grade reinforced with 20% nickel coated carbon fiber. Enables strength, ductility, stiffness, heat resistance, chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, wear resistance and lubricity. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include complex, thin walled components to large thick walled housings & metal replacement, automotives, instrument housings, electronic parts handling totes, fittings & components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers. Has EMI/RFI/ESD protection.
