RTP 303 TFE 15 SE is PTFE lubricated, bromine & chlorine free polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with glass fiber. Exhibits good wear-, friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. Provides buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data. RTP 303 TFE 15 SE is suitable for processing by injection molding.
