RTP 4000 AR 15 TFE 15 by RTP Company is polyphthalamide (PPA) grade lubricated with PTFE and aramid. Exhibits good wear-, friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. Offers buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology. RTP 4000 AR 15 TFE 15 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
