RTP 4000 TFE 20 by RTP Company is a semi-crystalline, aromatic polyphthalamide (PPA) grade lubricated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It is cost effective, stronger, stiffer and has higher thermal capabilities than nylon 6/6. Exhibits relatively low moisture absorption and resistance to infrared soldering environment. Provides chemical-, fatigue and creep resistance. Can be processed using injection molding. RTP 4000 TFE 20 by RTP Company is recommended for marine & industrial cleats, soil sampler, golf club head, gas cylinder hooks, copier bushings and brake rotor measuring probes.
