RTP 800 TFE 20

RTP 800 TFE 20 is PTFE lubricated, polyoxymethylene (POM) polyacetal grade. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. Exhibits good wear-, friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. RTP 800 TFE 20 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Offers buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology.
