RTP 800 TFE 20 DEL

RTP 800 TFE 20 DEL is polyoxymethylene (POM) homopolymer, polyacetal grade lubricated with 20% PTFE. Exhibits good wear-, friction-, scratch- and mar resistance. It reduces stick-slip phenomenon by selecting materials based on Glide Factor data. It replaces oils and grease applied in messy secondary operations with internally lubricated plastics. Possible applications include bearings, bushings, gears, highly cosmetic parts, piston heads, pulleys, rollers, seals, skid plates and syringes. It is able to withstand high temperatures, pressure, velocity, chemicals and demanding tolerances. Provides buzz-squeak-rattle (BSR) to eliminate noise caused by part movement and vibration with economical compound technology. RTP 800 TFE 20 DEL is suitable for processing by injection molding.
