FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA871A (Americas)

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA871A (Americas) by SABIC is a flexible, heat stabilized, impact modified, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-halogenated, flame retardant, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. It is suitable for processing by extrusion wire coating. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA871A (Americas) is used in electrical devices, displays, components and infrastructure. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end-use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation applications in dark colors.
