FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD815U (Americas) by SABIC is a flexible, UV stabilized, ductile, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It is a heat stabilized, impact modified, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. It is used in electrical devices & displays, electrical components and electronics. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD815U (Americas) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL 1581 VW-1 requirements. It is intended for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications that require UL62 at 90°C temperature rating and light color.
