FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD835 (Americas) by SABIC is a flexible, low-odor, migration improved, ductile, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-chlorinated, non-brominated, heat stabilized and impact modified grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD835 (Americas) is used in thin-walled, electrical components and electronics applications. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 80°C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation and cable jacket applications in dark colors.
