FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Asia)

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Asia) by SABIC is a flexible, UV-stabilized, ductile, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated, flame retarded, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a heat stabilized, impact modified, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties, low specific gravity and good color stability after UV weathering. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Asia) is used in electronics, electrical components, displays, devices and infrastructure. It is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end-use temperature rating and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors.
