FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD895 (Asia) by SABIC is a heat stabilized, impact modified, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits superior thermal stability, robust tensile strength, tensile elongation, very low water absorption and low specific gravity. It offers mold release, hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. It is a flexible, ductile, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It is used in electrical devices & displays, specialty vehicles, electrical components and infrastructure. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD895 (Asia) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL 1581 VW-1 requirement and 80°C end-use temperature rating as defined by UL 1581. It is intended for evaluation of wire and cable jacketing applications.
