FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCP841 (Americas) by SABIC is a heat stabilized, impact modified, halogen free flame retarded blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits mold release, low specific gravity, very low water absorption and good dimensional stability. It offers hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity and good processability. It is used in electrical devices, displays, electrical components, infrastructure and commercial appliances. It is processed by injection molding and wire extrusion coating. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCP841 (Americas) provides flexibility, ductility and is free of chlorine & bromine. It is suitable for thin-walled and over-molding applications like plugs, strain reliefs, connectors. It complies with UL94 HB and V-0 flame rating.
