FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCV072 (Americas) by SABIC is a flexible, ductile, halogen free flame retarded polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) blend. It exhibits ultra-thin wall capability, good scratch-, abrasion and pinch resistance, high dimensional stability, low shrinkage and warpage. It offers very low water absorption, chemical resistance and good dielectric strength. It is heat stabilized, impact modified and is free of chlorine & bromine. It provides hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCV072 (Americas) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It is suitable for thin-walled, automotive wire and cable applications requiring ISO 6722 Class A or B.
