LNP™ KONDUIT™ 8TF36E by SABIC is a specialty material that delivers exceptional thermal conductivity in complex double-data-rate (DDR) memory integrated circuits test sockets. It provides very high flow to help enable complex, miniaturized BiTS designs, excellent dimensional stability and high temperature resistance to enhance functionality during testing. It can handle extreme temperatures up to 260°C. LNP™ KONDUIT™ 8TF36E is well suited for fixed, structural parts, including latches and adaptors, in BiTS (burn-in test sockets) assemblies.
