LNP™ LUBRICOMP™ Compound DCI06APH is a polycarbonate resin reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. Exhibits high modulus, high-flow, good ductility, high strength, high stiffness, internal lubrication and good processability. Shows a balance between design flexibility and ease of manufacturing. Is suitable for replacing metal and other fiber-filled thermoplastics. Enables complex part designs and potential part consolidation for healthcare molders to reduce waste and improve cycle times. Used in medical applications like disposable surgical instruments, medical device housings and drug delivery device components.
