LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DEP42E

LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DEP42E is an electrically conductive easy-molding compound based on polycarbonate resin containing carbon fiber, PTFE and silicone. Provides surface resistivity from antistatic, through conductive, to electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. Exhibits excellent isotropic shrinkage for dimensional stability and low warpage. It can be fine-tuned for surface resistivity, volume resistivity, static decay, and other engineering parameters. Offers cost-effective solutions when products must avoid static electricity build up or discharge. Processed by injection molding. Applications range from statically dissipative to electrically conductive materials. It is also known as LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DCL-4542 EM.
