NORYL GTX™ Resin 4610 (Americas) by SABIC is a flame retarded, weatherable, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyphenylene ether (PPE) and polyamide (PA) alloy. It offers excellent chemical resistance, high heat resistance, high flow and is laser weldable. It exhibits hydrolytic stability, low warpage, low creep sensitivity, good stiffness and good processability. It is suitable for electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, displays and insulator components. It is also used in structural applications, electric vehicle (EV) battery applications including housings and covers, EV infrastructure, defense, lighting and automotive under the hood. NORYL GTX™ Resin 4610 is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated and non-halogenated grade. It has UL746C outdoor suitability rating of F1.
